This code of conduct outlines the values, expectations and behaviors that uphold our mission and ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

Professionalism and Integrity

Conduct yourself with honesty, integrity and courtesy in all organizational activities and events.

Uphold confidentiality and respect the privacy of all members.

Safe and Supportive Environment

Support and uplift fellow members, fostering a harassment free space that allows collaboration rather than competition.

Representation

Represent the organization positively in all settings, including online platforms and events.

Avoid any action that may bring harm, disrepute, or legal risk to the organization.

Event Etiquette

Be punctual, honor your commitments and adhere to club policies, including cancellation and guest policies.

Violations

Any violations of this Code of Conduct will be addressed promptly and fairly.

Depending on the severity of the breach, consequences may include a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the organization.
